Please note :

• To ensure that guests can enjoy a relaxing time at KC Chiva Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to the minimum. Please do not talk to each other or to your therapists during the treatments.
• Mobile Phones are not permitted in the spa.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption within massage shop are prohibited.
• Advanced booking is recommended and non-refundable deposit of 500 Baht Per person is required upon making your reservation. For telephone booking, your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking
• If you would like to reschedule your booking with us, a minimum of 4 hours notice is required, subject to space availability.
• Please check in at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to allow for preparation (shower & Change) without compromising your treatment time.
• Arriving late for your treatment will decrease your treatment time.
• Come, as you are, we will provide you with robes, slippers and necessary attire for all your treatments.
• Guests who have physical or medical complications are advised not to sign up for any services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any particular conditions before the treatments.
